Payment and delivery terms
These terms and conditions of delivery are valid from July 12, 2023.

The shop sells products to adult private individuals. Please note that new spare parts include 25.5% VAT, and used parts are sold using margin taxation.
Ordering
Products are ordered from the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart through an online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested during the order process will not be used for anything other than order delivery or clarification of any ambiguities arising from it, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have read and agreed to the current terms and conditions of delivery.
Price
The price of the product is the price shown on the www.northernsledparts.fi website at the time of ordering, unless otherwise agreed. Please note that new parts include 25.5% VAT, and used parts are sold using margin taxation, so the price of used parts does not include deductible VAT for VAT-registered customers. If the product includes 25.5% VAT, it will be shown in the shopping cart before order confirmation. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Payment and payment methods
Klarna Checkout
The payment service is Klarna Checkout, which offers invoice, installment, card payment, and online banking payments as payment options.
By providing your information at checkout, you agree to the terms and conditions of Klarna AB (Klarna AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm). By clicking the "Buy" button, you agree to Northern Sledparts' general terms and conditions.
Paytrail
Paytrail is a secure payment method for you. We have a payment institution license granted by the Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is maintained by Paytrail Oyj (business ID 2122839-7) and is part of the Nets family.
The Paytrail payment service forwards your payment to the merchant. If Paytrail Oyj is shown on your bank statement or credit card bill, we have forwarded your payment.
The online store acts as a marketer of products and services, as well as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the statutory obligations related to the trade, as well as other obligations it has defined itself. If you want to make a complaint or return a product, you should contact the online store from which the product was ordered directly.
Bank charges
You can use the payment buttons of all Finnish banks. You can pay with Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP-pankki, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken payment buttons. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on your bank statement; we will forward your payment to the online retailer. You will be redirected directly to your own bank from the online store to make the payment securely.
Credit card payments
You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard, and American Express cards. The online store uses the international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, and American Express SafeKey authentication services.
Paytrail Oyj is shown as the payment recipient on the card statement and forwards the payment card payment made by the customer directly to the merchant. Card payments are made securely using a protected payment form, and payment card information is not stored in the online store's systems.
Mobile payment methods
The mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay, and Siirto are services that operate within an application, allowing you to pay for online purchases via bank transfer from your account or via card payment from your card by approving the payment in the respective application.
Pivo also supports Siirto payments, allowing you to accept payments in any application that supports Siirto. Apple Pay is a service that works on Apple devices, allowing you to pay for purchases from a payment card linked to the device.

OP, Walley, Jousto, and AfterPay offer invoice and installment payment services through Paytrail. Walley also offers invoice and installment payment options for business customers.

Order and payment confirmation
Once we receive your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation email containing your order details. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When contacting customer service, always have your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products listed in the order confirmation.

Delivery methods and costs
Shipping costs include postage and packaging. We provide an estimate of shipping costs in your shopping cart based on the primary shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be shown after you select your preferred payment and shipping methods. Available shipping methods depend on the contents and total weight of your shopping cart. You can choose the most suitable option from the available shipping methods at checkout, where the exact shipping cost will be displayed.
Available delivery methods depend on the contents and total weight of your shopping cart. We offer the following delivery methods:
- PostNord – reliable and affordable delivery to a pick-up point or nearby mailbox .
- PostNord - fast and convenient home delivery straight to your door.
- DB Schenker delivery to a pick-up point .
- Delivery to Matkahuolto pick-up point .
- Posti parcel locker – to the parcel machine of your choice or to the nearest Posti office.
- Delivery to your door – shipments are generally delivered by 2 PM the next day, with the exception of some remote areas.
- Pick up from the store – order and collect your products directly from the warehouse at an agreed time! Also available on weekends and evenings by appointment.
We offer several delivery options using various shipping services. Delivery costs are determined by the weight of the order.

Delivery time
Delivery time : 2–5 business days .
Exceptions to delivery time estimates are noted if the shopping cart contains out-of-stock items, and we will also notify you of any possible delays immediately after ordering.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect damages caused by delays. The online store informs about exceptional delivery times on its website.
Original part numbers
Original part numbers are provided to the Buyer for reference purposes only, and do not imply or indicate any connection to Northern Sledparts Oy or any corresponding engine factory or manufacturer.
Return policy for new spare parts
The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return applies only to unused, unopened, and saleable products in their original packaging. There is no exchange or return right for electrical and tuning parts. The customer is primarily responsible for the costs incurred from exchanges and returns, such as shipping fees.
Pack the product and all its parts carefully. Preferably in the packaging in which the product was delivered to you. The customer is responsible for any damage to the returned product if it is not packaged properly.
Please include the following information with your return:
• your customer number, name, address, telephone number, and bank account number in IBAN format
• reason for return (optional)
• a copy of the Northern Sledparts order confirmation/invoice
If you want to exchange a product, please also include the name and product number of the new product you want to exchange it for. We will contact you regarding the product exchange.

We do not accept returns after 14 days from delivery. Once a return is approved, the money will be refunded directly to your account after the return has been received and processed. The 14 days are counted from the day the order arrives to the customer.
Terms and conditions for returning spare parts
Used parts have a 14-day return period. The return period does not apply to used electrical parts. We do not offer a warranty on used parts, but we comply with consumer protection legislation regarding defects.
When returning a product, it must be in the same condition as when it arrived, including packaging and documentation. The customer is primarily responsible for the costs associated with exchanges and returns, such as shipping fees, which we will reimburse if the product is defective. You must contact us before returning the product. We do not accept returns sent COD (cash on delivery).
Used parts are sold as is at the time of sale. We guarantee that used parts are only suitable for the snowmobile model from which they were removed. Used parts are generally not in new condition and may show signs of wear and tear. Any defects have been taken into account in the pricing of the part. If you have any doubts about the condition of a used part, you can always ask for more information about the product by contacting us. We are happy to provide more pictures and information about the products. We strive to check the condition and function of all parts before sale.
Northern Sledsparts Oy is not liable for compensation if, after installation, the part is found to be unsuitable, defective, or faulty, and it is used without notifying the seller, thus causing greater damage than the part may have had at the time of receipt.

Complaint
The customer must notify Northern Sledparts of the defect without delay. The customer is obliged to present proof of purchase, a receipt, or other proof of purchase and date when returning the product or making a claim regarding a defect. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the customer must report the defect within a reasonable time after the customer noticed the defect or should have noticed it.
Complaints will only be handled in writing. Informal complaints can be submitted via email to markusroukala@northernsledparts.com.
Unclaimed package
Failure to redeem is not the same as a return or cancellation. For unredeemed packages for which a separate cancellation notice has not been made, we will charge the delivery costs.
Problem situations
If the product is lost or damaged during transport, or if it otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must report the error within 14 days in writing to the address mentioned in the return policy section or by calling the phone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately file a claim with the shipping company of your chosen delivery method.
Force majeure
If the delivery of an order is prevented, hampered, or delayed due to a matter outside of Northern Sledparts' control, Northern Sledparts is not liable. The customer will be notified of any delivery impediment or delay as soon as possible.
Dispute resolution
In disputes and disagreements, we apply Finnish law.
