We've assembled a complete kit to make piston replacement easy. This complete piston replacement kit is for older 600cc engines with carburetors. Suitable for Lynx and Ski-Doo snowmobiles manufactured between 1999 and 2009.

The kit includes high-quality Wössner pistons, a top-end gasket kit, and needle bearings.

How do I know if the piston replacement kit is suitable for my snowmobile?

You can easily determine the suitability of the series by following these instructions. The Rotax engine type plate is located on the right side of the engine (silencer side) near the starter, on top of the block. The type plate is black and should contain the following information.

  • Type: 593
  • Bore: 76.00 mm
  • Stroke: 65.8 mm

In short, if your snowmobile was manufactured between 1999 and 2009, has a 76 mm piston diameter, and is equipped with carburetors, this kit is suitable for your snowmobile!

This kit is not suitable for 600 SDI or Etec engines. SDI and Etec engines have a smaller piston (72.00mm).
