Installation of the shoulder pin bushing set.

Installing a bushing set is generally a very easy job, but in some cases it can cause some headaches. If the bushings are poorly lubricated or the sled skis haven't been removed recently, the ski mounting bolt may rust and seize in the pivot pin bushing. In these cases, the easiest solution is usually to cut the bolt between the ski and the pivot pin on both sides with an angle grinder. During this step, be careful not to damage the pivot pin or the ski when cutting the bolt. Once the ski is removed, the old bushings usually come out easily by tapping them out. However, if the bushings are stuck, you can use heat to help.
