QRS Variator 42/38 XT Helix Lynx Radien, Ski-Doo Gen4 18->

QRS variator used in newer Ski-Doo Gen4 and Lynx Radien frame snowmobiles. This variator has been used in several different models from 2019 to 2023. The variator includes an adjustment intended for deep snow snowmobiles. The variator has been disassembled from a Ski-Doo Freeride 850 Etec 2020 snowmobile.

Heavy Duty Rollers and Cleaning

The variator has been taken apart and cleaned. At the same time, more durable Heavy Duty QRS variator rollers were installed. The roller bolts are secured with original tube clips and thread lockers.
