When purchasing a used, undamaged cylinder from us, we require your old, seized/broken cylinder in exchange. Returning the old cylinder to us is easy and requires no extra effort.

  1. Pack the old cylinder in the same box the new one arrived in.
  2. Attach the address label that came with the shipment to the top of the box.
  3. Take the package to the same Posti, DB Schenker, or Matkahuolto location from which you picked it up.
