Check the serial number: On the side of the cylinder (the casting that goes to the intake manifold) you will find the serial number 623262 or 623263 .

RAVE valve lubrication hole: When the RAVE valve is removed, there should be a small lubrication hole on the cylinder sealing surface.

Check the condition of the cylinder:
- The cylinder skirts and threads must be intact.
- The cylinder must be an original BRP spare part.

- Pack the old cylinder in the same box that the new cylinder was delivered in.
- Attach the included return address card to the box.

- Take the package to the same carrier's location that delivered the order (DB Schenker, Postnord, Matkahuolto, or Posti).

How do I identify an original 600 ETEC cylinder?
The original cylinder can be easily identified by the following markings:
- On the side of the cylinder (in the intake manifold casting) is the number series 623262 or 623263 .
- The cylinder has a lubrication hole for the RAVE valve, which can be checked from the sealing surface.
