How do I know if the cylinder fits my sled?
The cylinder fits almost all 800 Powertek engines. Exhaust manifold attachment with M8 bolts. (Older Powertek models used M6 bolts) You can find the last six digits of the OEM part number cast on the intake manifold of the cylinder. Note! This cylinder does not have oil lubrication holes for the Rave valve, which are needed in Etec models! Fits only Powertek engines!

Send your old cylinder to us.
When purchasing a new cylinder assembly from us, you must return the old cylinder to us. Returning is very easy by following these instructions.
- Check that the cylinder skirts and threads are intact.
- Check that the cylinder is an original Brp spare part.
- Pack the cylinder in the same box and stick the return address label included with the package on top of the package.
- Deliver the package to the same carrier office that the package arrived from. (Db Schenker), (Matkahuolto), (Posti)

How to recognize an original 800 Etec cylinder.
The easiest way to recognize the cylinder as original is by looking at the cylinder markings. If the intake manifold casting has any of the following numbers, 413041, 413042, 623241, 623243, the text Gilardoni, and the text Rotax on the side of the cylinder, you can be sure the cylinder is original and correct.
The cylinder replaces the following original spare part numbers: 420413046, 420623240, 420623241, 420623242, 420623246, 420623249, 420413041, 420413042.
