When purchasing a functional used cylinder from us, we need the old damaged/broken cylinder in exchange. Returning the old cylinder to us is easy without any extra hassle.

  1. Pack the old cylinder in the same box that the new one arrived in.
  2. Stick the address label that came with the shipment on top of the box.
  3. Take the package to the Posti, Db Schenker, or Matkahuolto service point from where you will pick up the package.
