Top end gasket kit for Rotax 500SS / 600 engines

Suitable for Rotax 493 and 593 engines, widely used in Lynx and Ski-Doo snowmobiles from model year 2000 onwards. The kit is designed for the older SS-type engine.

A proper set for sealing the machine.

This kit contains everything you need when overhauling the top end – replacing pistons, cleaning combustion chambers, or otherwise servicing the engine. The gaskets are high-quality aftermarket parts that function practically like the originals.

Contents:

  • 2 × Cover seals (O-rings)
  • 1 × Cylinder base gasket
  • 2 × Escape duct seal
  • 2 × RAVE valve seals
  • 2 × Water tank O-rings
  • 1 × Thermostat housing gasket
  • 1 × Exhaust manifold gasket

Tested and working!

This set has been practically tested on numerous machines and is known to work. An excellent choice when you want to get the job done properly and right the first time.

NOTE! This kit is not suitable for the 600 HO engine. HO engines have different, square-shaped exhaust port gaskets!
